-
Compete with other male athletes in a round robin tournament each week. Seeding is determined by random draw at the start of the night and players will have no more than one sit between games. Each athlete will play at least one game with every other athlete. All players will have the opportunity to score a maximum of 120 points per week. Scores for each athlete will be totaled to determine player rankings.
-
This format is designed to test the limits of your endurance while giving you maximum exposure to different opponents each week. Teams will spend the first hour competing in a King of the Court format; for three 15-minute rounds with 5 minutes rest between each round. The scores from each round will be used to determine the seeding for a the tournament round which begins immediately following King of the Court.
King of the Court is played with all teams competing on 1 court at the same time. One side of the court is the “King” side. The other side is the challenger side. The ball is served to the “King” side, if you win the point, you either move to the “King” side, or receive a point if you are on that side already. Then the next team in line steps up to serve. The goal is to earn as many points as possible on the “King” side in the allotted time. You do not earn points from a missed serves.
